The Coldwater girls cross country teams competed at the Troy Twilight Invitational on September 13th. There were three divisions of HS races - White (least competitive), Gray (average competition and JV runners from the Scarlet Division) and Scarlet (most competitive) 
The Varsity girls were placed into the Scarlet division and raced against mostly Div. 1 and Div. 2 teams. Our JV girls competed in the Gray division. 
The Varsity team dropped their average time to a 21:19, a season best. They placed 23rd out of 38 teams in Scarlet Division, which had 347 individual runners. 
 Our Varsity runners had great races, most who improved their season or career PR!
Abby Alig - 20:13, a season PR by 13 seconds
Audrey Alig - 20:22, a season PR by 2 seconds
Lana Kaiser - 21:08, a season PR by 15 seconds 
Channing Lefeld - 22:01, tied her season PR
Grace Heyne - 22:46, a season PR by 5 seconds
Breann Mathewson - 23:20, just shy of a season PR
Eve Lisi - 23:43 - a season PR by 51 seconds, also setting a new career PR by 11 seconds!
The JV team also raced well against full Div. 3 and Div. 4 teams. This included:
Myra Stammen - 23:33, a season PR by 52 seconds
Peyton Link - 24:57
Andrea Vargas - 24:37, just shy of a season PR
Courtney Uhlenhake - 26:12
Cami Lisi - 26:18
